This hike for us was longer than it had to be. They had the road closed to the trail head for Grotto Falls so we decided to hike Trillium Gap Trail to get to the falls trail head. Trail all the way was good, uphill all the way but not bad, was a busy trail also. Here is more info on Grotto Falls trail.
